The location was quite buzzing, but that's about it. No bidet in the toilet? Absolutely unacceptable! Plus, the new check-in was a disaster, and staff communication was embarrassingly poor. I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary welcome gift for my troubles, but that never happened. Just can't recommend it this time.

All in all everything was well-maintained, had an awesome stay during next visit. The location was marvellous and super to Gangnam station, right by a subway station.

The room was a nice size, the location was excellent central. I ate at a very nice restaurant with also excellent staff. The service was all in all very good. The experience was very very good and I will come back.

non-functional jet tub

The jet tub in the room often doesn't work. Windows are filthy, limiting any views. The lack of bathroom privacy in the layout may not sit well with travelers sharing space. Toiletries aren't provided, so be prepared to buy essentials.

Excellent service and decent value. Adequate and tidy units with large bathroom. Above average and nice breakfast, spicy food. Location adjacent to easy to locate as well as pubs and places to eat.

The room I stayed in was spacious, nice for easy movement, and I loved the soft bed and fluffy pillows. The location is perfect-closely situated near subway stations and surrounded by shops and eateries.

Excellent hotel with its wi-fi, 24-hour security, and tv. The staff even helped me return my forgotten jewelry, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend staying here for a city trip.

It was just an appropriate option for a swift visit in Seoul with good value. The bathroom was amazing, making it easy to relax. Plan ahead for your sightseeing as traffic can be a hassle during peak hours.
